A paint manufacturer has connected and made transparent its entire silo park using Sensori for better stock management.

The silos contain all kinds of colour pigments and fillers such as lime and titanium dioxide. Some of them are not always easily available from the supplier or have to come from several thousand kilometres away. The supply of these products can hardly be with an urgent delivery because it can take a truck almost a week to get a new supply on site of the paint manufacturer.

To optimize this, Sensori offers an integrated and advanced calculation to determine a date for a new delivery based on historical consumption. If in the meantime consumption increases or decreases, the delivery date is recalculated and the planner is informed.
