Odor control

Multiple companies who process regular and organic manure into organic soil improvers for the agriculture and horticulture have to regulate their odor nuisance. This can be achieved by using gas scrubbers. Often sulfuric acid is dosed to the washing water based on a pH control (acidity). In this way, alkaline odor components can be captured with more than 99% efficiency. Sensori takes care of the inventory management of the sulfuric acid and informs the supplier when a replenishment is required.

On top of that, when such a company is located relatively close to a residential area, a wind direction and wind speed meter is often used to regulate odor nuisance. The measurement data is updated to Sensori with a high interval in order to have the most accurate information which is also used for regular reports for the benefit of the government.
