Win-win with Sensori for optimized residual flow collection

An internationally operating potato processor uses Sensori to give their client continuous access to the inventory level of their tanks and silos with peels and cutting waste.

The collector - who uses these products in the animal feed industry - is responsible for the timely collection and emptying of the tanks and silos in order to avoid that the potato processor will have production stops due to full tanks.

This setup has the advantage that the collector can optimally plan the time of collection (for example outside peak hours) and they can always load full trucks because via Sensori they have the information available regarding how much product is in the tank.

On top of that, the collector also receives an alarm message by E-mail and SMS text message when the production speed deviates, this way the planning can be adjusted at the very last minute.

A win-win situation for everyone: the manufacturer can focus on the production process, the collector optimizes the trips in time and quantity and thus limits the number of logistics movements, which in turn results in an improved CO2 footprint.
